I provide virtual therapy services for children and adults utilizing a strengths-based approach and trauma-informed lens. I practice from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) orientation. I specialize in Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have worked in the field of mental and behavioral health since 2005 and have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults with a variety of developmental disabilities and mental health needs. I practice from a collaborative approach to care and believe that a safe, respectful, and mutual relationship is at the center of our success together.
