Individual Therapy and Group Therapy
Theoretical Orientation
I approach therapy through a collaborative, multi-cultural, non-judgmental, and compassionate lens, and I acknowledge that the client is the expert of their own experiences. I work towards creating a warm and supportive environment, where healing and growth can take place. Together, we can work towards setting goals that promote more joy, authenticity, and mastery in your life. Although I utilize an integrative, client-centered, and solution-focused approach, I incorporate evidenced-based practices into treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.
More Information
I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and I moved to the Northwest for graduate school. I loved the beauty of the area and decided to move here permanently. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my dog, playing sports, eating tacos, and watching movies.
