I hold a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. I hold a Bachelors of Arts in Rehabilitation Studies and Psychology from the University of North Texas. My work experience includes working with diverse populations at OHSU in the Social Work field.

My theoretical orientation is a multi-dimensional and multi-cultural framework that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. I value diversity and multiculturalism to walk alongside those that have experienced trauma, oppression, and marginalization.
